Long Queue Of Pedestrians At Ojota Bridge, Lagos.
The recent occurrence of a long queue of people striving to cross over the Ojota pedestrian bridge, Lagos, due to the construction and barricades of the major road cannot be overlooked.
It has been reported that this action has been on-going for weeks and pedestrians cross till as late as 10-11pm with no alternative means to surface soon.
Although, the state government has provided maximum security to protect the lives and properties of pedestrians crossing over
the bridge but the people still hope for a better option than what they have now.
"We implore government to make provision for a wider bridge, so that large number of people won't be struggling to cross over the narrow bridge" said a pedestrian when interviewed.
