Honourable Yakubu Dogagra has confessed that he will not resign from the position as the speaker of the house of representatives no matter the pressure being mount on him to resign.
When questioned questioned by reporters on his view about the bugdget padding, it was reported that Dogara returned the question, got sceptical on speaking about it and finally said "I won't resign, budget padding isn't an offence".
